Four more months, I hope

*sigh* I guess I am in that between stage again with my hair. Long enough to place my hair in a puff, but not long enough to place it in a low bun. I looked at some pictures of my hair when I first went natural in 2002 and I was able to do a low bun by the summer after big chopping in February from a transition of 14 months. Let the countdown begim.

Oh man that in between stage! For me it felt like I was in that awkward stage forever. Actually my hair still looks awkward in its curly state because of my mullet

Currently in the beginning of the awkward stage. I can make a pseudo puff now if I push my headband high enough, but my only other styling options are to pin it up because I don't see any ponypuffs OR buns in my immediate future. If I hadn't been an idiot I would have been natural again for 4 years and been at least MBL by now!
