I bought for years at a local (caucasion) bss (when I lived in CA) and they sold it for 4 bucks! I thought that was normal...lol...but now I see it's may not have been!

I don't want to order from Hong Kong, China or anywhere in the vicinity...I need the REAL DEAL when it comes to my hair!! Thanks though :yep:

I guess I'll have to bribe my mom to got get me a case and ship it, after all. If I do it now I should have it by this summer :rolleyes: At least I have enough until then :drunk:

For a couple of years I've been hearing they were gonna stop...guess they finally decided. Sucks. I may have to go natural for real...
 
When i checked the Wella International site i see something similar that is flagged as NEW but it doesnt look like its available in the US. I will see how long it takes for me to get my order if its not very long then i wouldnt mind ordering Internationally in the future. Michelle i agree with you about Hong Kong, just dont trust it, even though the sellers on ebay seem to have decent feedback the ship time was weeks. I took my chances on ordering from the UK for the first time and i will let all of you know how it works out.
 
The eBay seller has good feed back and the product is covered by Paypal, so I don't have a problem buying from him. The shipping time is only about 2 weeks, it may take the same time from the UK.
 
Since the Wella was not easily accessible to me...I opted on using Hydrolyzed Keratin and Keratin Amino Acids in my relaxers....

They have worked great so far (I have been doing it for about a year)
 
This is making me wonder if I can just mix my silk amino acid with oil and get a similar effect.
 
For you ladies who are using Keratin Oil with your DC's are you mixing it with protein or moisture conditioners?
 
Actually i got my SP keratin last week but im not sure if i used correctly, are you supposed to mix with your conditioner or use on your hair first then put the conditioner on top?..I put in my hair first then conditioner but my hair felt a little hard
 
I placed my order from the UK on 1-6-10 and I recevied it on the 10th, I think; it was here when I got home from the hospital. Even with shipping cost, it was cheaper than ordering from within the States.
 
I put my Zip Code in and it pulled up a Salon Close to my Job. They Sell the 2Vials for $14.00. It's still cheaper on e-bay.:perplexed (even with Shipping).

I think I am going to only use 1/2 Vial, comb through, and put a DC (Moisture) on top and Steam.:yep:

Did you use a moisture conditioner or protein as I think this will make all the difference.
 
My sister is going to relax my hair on Friday, so I'll be using the Wella sp Keratin oil after relaxing. The company I purchased mine from (http://www.salonskincare.co.uk) has raised their price, they must be selling more of it :lachen: and I wonder to whom????
 
You know what I think I'm just going to use the product on it's own and treat it as a protein treatment then follow up with moisture. I should have mine by Thursday/Friday.

You guys should buy it from here www.lookfantastic.com as it's slightly cheaper, although I don't know about the shipping.
 
Can someone tell me what this oil does for natural hair? Does it coat the strands almost like a bkt? TIA
 
*Michelle* introduced me to keratin oil...I been using keratin oil for awhile now. However I wasn't fortunate enough to find this one but I do use www.gardenofwisdom.com keratin oil. Thanks for the link where it can be purchased I will try it. Keratin oil is amazing..I add it to my conditioner also (thanks *Michelle*) and it really helps my hair.

how often do you add it to your conditioner-- weekly, monthly, etc.? How has it helped your hair? Thanks.
 
The oil is good but lawd the bottles are TINY! I was planning on only using half a bottle and keep the rest for the next treatment but when I saw the size I just decided to use it all.

I shampooed, rinsed then massaged the oil into my strands, it felt good upon impact! When I rinsed the treatment out my hair felt noticeable stronger, it felt different to using my normal protein conditioners, but in a good way. After finishing up with a moisture conditioner and drying my hair was soft but well conditioned. I wrapped my hair and the comb just glided through it was awesome.

Next time I will apply the oil and then a treatment on top and see how that feels. :yep:

I ordered that stuff over 4 weeks ago. And still haven't received it? The Vendor is suppose to issue me a Full Refund (because it took more than 3 weeks), but ask me to let them know if I ever receive it.

So, I stopped by that place close to my job and purchase it yesterday on my Lunch Hour.

You are right! Man..........They are soooo tiny! You DO have to use the entire vial.:look:

The place on-line is still 'cheaper', (even with shipping) I wish they woulda' came.:nono:

So, I plan to try it this weekend. Will report back.

Make sure you keep on that, you need to either get your products or your money back. :nono: The overseas shipping can be hit or miss, I've had some retailers that take weeks to get my order to me and others that arrive within a week! :ohwell:
