Thank you for this! I have bentonite but not, rhassoul.

How do you use it? If you don't mind posting!

i use it the same way in my fotki! i prefer anita grant's rhassoul because of the other goodness she has mixed in. the bentonite just mix it with marshmallow root powder or a marshmallow root tea and i apply to wet hair.

LGL,
EmpressRi has a pictorial in her fotki for both clays. I believe her Fotki is open also. HTH

:yep: yep yep it is! all the time! even though the weirdos sometimes come by :ohwell:

I'm going to get back on the bentonite kick (as soon as the weather heats up :look:). I didn't like using it before because it seemed to take forever to wash out. Now I realize I have to make the mixture thinner. Makes it easier for me to rinse out :). I was wondering: Does anyone mix their bentonite clay with oil? I was going to clay treat my hair with bentonite and hibiscus powder, and I thought maybe I'd add a bit of coconut oil to make it more moisturizing.

I just got some Rhassoul from Morocco, we use it for skin but why can't relaxed ladies use it for their hair?

I just checked out Anita Grant's website, and she suggested that bentonite clay can be mixed with a bevy of things, including coconut milk, herbal infusions, or anything we prefer. So I guess the next clay treatment I do I will mix in coconut oil and hibiscus (perhaps even fenugreek?) and see how it turns out.
