I have and  Lamur Bone Marrow Deep Penetrating Conditioning Treatment. I use it as a Moderate Protein Treatment.

I've used both Under My Steamer and with My Heat Cap. Overall, it is a Great product and something that I would always want to have on Hand.

The times I've used it, I have followed up with a Moisturizing DC, but it probably isn't necessary, because it leaves your hair nice, soft and conditioned.:yep:

I knew someone who used to use that Bone Marrow conditioner every time they went to the salon and her hair was gorgeous. I don't know if it was the conditioner but she did bring it every time she got her hair done.

I used to like Joico products. Now, not so much. I'm trying to finish them up in the "use up your stash" challenge.

Lamur Bone Marrow Treatment is a Great Product!

Nothing in particular in terms of shampoo and conditioner. I've been spending too much money. I'm using everything up now, but I love all of them. I think I may give my Joico away though(don't feel like using it up). My favorite condition right now is the Alfaparf Salone Rigen treatment. I love alfaparf and alter ego conditioners.

I ran out of my shampoos and Its a few days before wash day. I need a rec for a great shampoo. Con is nice but I want a change. I've heard Aveda Dry remedy shampoo was very good. Have you tried that?

That's My Joint too (as Charzboss would say:lachen:) And if you haven't tried yet, try the Alfaparf Real Cream:lick: Oooooo La La! Super Fantastic.:yep:

Haven't tried the Aveda Shampoo.:nono:

Thanks Ladies, I love Joico so far will use the bone marrow Sunday to see how I feel about it.

I never used the Bone Marrow Conditioner but I did use the Joico Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner religiously for 3 months and it was good for my hair. I like it--I just need to restock and I will add it to my permanent stash.

Honestly, Coffee....:look:

You need this one in Your Stash:yep:

btw: Hope you'll be feeling great and ready to shop!:yep:

I just ordered both of "your" products :lachen:, the Lamur Bone Marrow Deep Penetrating Conditioning Treatment and the Alfaparf Treatment. I won't be shopping for awhile, unless it's online shopping. My surgery is a week from this Monday, on January 11th.

Girl....You've made the right decision. Trust.:yep:

You'll fall totally in Love with Lamur.:love2: That product has been around a long time and has stood the test of time.

And I just can't say enough about Alfaparf.

You will want it ALL:lachen:
