Can anyone answer my questions about Joico? What do you like about it? What staples from the line do you use? What results have you seen in your hair?

Joico Moisture Recovery Treatment Balm
Joico K Pak Moisture Intense Hydration
Joico K Pak Reconstruct Shampoo
Joico K Pak Reconstruct Conditioner

These are the ones I have used. Not regularly, but I have noticed intense shine and hair that's easier to manage, less tangles and shedding.

I have noticed that many ladies like the Giovanni har products. There are five different types of shampoos; so which one is the best?

I am a Giovanni lover...as a matter of fact that's all I really use. I've tried the Smooth as Silk, Tea Tree Triple Treat, and Hydrating Clarifying shampoos and they all suck! They leave my hair a dry tangled mess. I'm going to try the Colorflage shampoo next. It's for color-treated hair so I'm hoping it won't be as drying.

1. Giovanni (only line I've used in the last few months)
2. Elucence
3. Jane Carter Solution
4. Mizani
5. Hairveda

So what is the name of the line of Giovanni that you use?

Aubrey Organics
Phytospecific (Vital Cream Bath only)
Mizani (relaxer only)
Garnier Fructis
Cream of Nature (Kiwi Citrus shampoo only)

1. Keracare
2. Keracare
3. Keracare
4. Keracare
5. Keracare

I'm trying to stick to one product line for at least 6 months to see if my hair continues on the bouncy and shiny path that Keracare has sent me on! I'm a 4/b or C if they had it!

1. Mizani
1a. Jane Carter Solution (currently threatening to take over #1)
2. Clairol Beautiful Collection
3. Fantasia IC
4. Caruso

honorable mention - Aphogee and CHI

1. CoN green label poo(I have been trying different poo the last month and nothing comes close)
2. Elasta qp(glaze and h-two spray)
3. Linange(used relaxer once and will not use any other brand)
4. Silk elements
5. Joico( I just started using this but my hair feels very strong)

Only three have emerged as "must-haves":

1-AfroVeda
2-JASON
3-V05

runners up:
Hairveda (CoCasta oil and Sitrinillah)
Garnier Fructis
Giovanni
Lustrasilk Cholesterol conditioners

Joico (moisture recovery line is the bomb)
Aveda
Hesh (ayurvedic powders)
Carol's Daughter (the hair elixir is pricey but i love it as a hair perfume, & i really like the hair milk)
darcy's botanicals (i LOVE DB's curl detangling milk. it has SAVED my hair's life on detangle days!)

I have that :)
How do you use it?
Do you think it would be good for roller sets?

I use it right out of the shower on soaking wet hair. I haven't tried it with a roller set yet, but I tried a very similar product (Miracle 7 leave-in) with my last roller set and flat iron. I used just enough to lightly coat my hair, and then I combed it through, applied a little Alfaparf Illuminating Finish shine spray, and roller set with water (lightly spritzing my hair with water as I went along). I really liked the results--very silky and light, yet moisturized. I'm going to try this with It's a 10! next week.

I am also trying to stick with one product line which is ION. All the products have been fantastic on my hair. I've been using them for about 3 weeks now..so I'm going to try to use just this line for about 2 more months.

Moroccanoil is the other line I use and I just use the styling cream for my flat ironing, as soon as that's used up I want to try a straightening cream by ION also.

I'm also going to try the HE long term relationship leave in this weekend to see if it agrees with my hair. I've used it a couple of times on dry hair, and it's pretty nice.

For Me:grin::

1) Roux (Porosity Control & Fermodyl 619)
2) L'anza
3) Alfaparf
4) Alterna
5) Tropical Isle JBCO
