then it’s good enough for your hair. Do any of you find this to be true? Are you using moisturizers or other products that were meant for the skin on your hair?

I bought some Avon Moisture Therapy Intensive hand cream for extremely dry hands for the winter. I was at work and my ends were kinda dry. I was looking around my junk drawer for something to put on them and just so happen to glance at the hand cream. I put some on the ends of my hair and it feels realllly good. It has a "wet" (even though its not) moisturized feeling and it’s really soft and silky. My fingers just glide across my ends just like it does on my skin. It has a nice feeling. Maybe because the first two ingredients are water and glycerin?

What body products do you use on your hair?

I was wondering about this.
I want to buy Sweet Almond butter but, I thought that it was for skin rather than hair.
I am afraid that it would break off my hair..

Sometimes I use Johnson and Johnson Shea/cocoa butter lotion in my hair. Or I mix Tree hut shea butter and some oil in my hands and use that. They work really well for me my hair loves both.

I use Alba Kukui nut body cream and Sea Spa Cocoa Butter body cream, 1st ingredients are water they are each stocked with butters and oils, and the Alba one the second ingredient is Aloe Vera Juice.

IA with you OP, if it is safe enough for skin (which is living)- then it should be OK for my hair which is dead.

When selecting creams/lotions, you just want to make sure there are no harmful ingredients like mineral oil, etc.

I would like to try the Qhemets to see how they compare, but every time I check their website it seems like they are not taking any orders.......

One other thing I like about using body creams on my hair is that the consistency is perfect( I love creamy stuff), and they are perfect for those that like to mix in additions. You can really alter them to your liking. I also like the fact that the preservative is already in there, so I don't have to worry about stuff going rancid, etc.
