HIT: Elucence Extended Moisture Repair Treatment ! :)

My cousin who was "cleaning out her stash" gave it to me. Wow....wasn't ever really on my radar, but it's a nice protein treatment that doesn't harden hair and leaves it so shiny and with more definition to curl pattern (I'm texlaxed)...really like this one :) :)

MISS: none yet

Joico Kpak Liquid Reconstructor
Joico Kpak Color Therapy Restorative Styling Oil

MISSES:

Joico daily care Conditioner

I will be trying Alterna Enzyme Therapy Hemp Hydrate Conditioner for the first time tonight so I will update on that in a bit.

Update - New Hits:

Alterna Enzyme Therapy Hemp Hydrate Conditioner - this really moisturizes dry thirsty hair so if your hair is not dry, it will become a little mushy if you leave this in it for too long. You've been warned:grin:.

Indigo from www.ayurnaturalbeauty.com - It covered my gray hairs very very well. I just wish they were cheaper because I need almost 2 packs to properly cover my entire head and 1 whole pack for retouches.

Herbal Tea Rinses (rosemary, thyme, sage, and green tea so far). These leave my hair soft, healthy looking and shiny.

My New Love - Taliah Waajid Protective Mist Bodifier (TW-PMB) - excellent detangler and daily moisturizer - use lightly because a little goes a long way.

Avalon Organics Biotin B-Complex Thickening Shampoo

Avalon Organics Biotin B-Complex Thickening Conditioner

Joico K-Pak Deep Penetrating Reconstructor Conditioner

Joico K-Pak Intense Hydrator Conditioner

Giovanni Smooth As Silk Deeper Moisture Conditioner

New Misses:

GVP Paul Mitchell The Detangler - I did like this a lot but for some reason it just stopped working now I have a new love - see above for TW-PMB.

Biosil by Natrol did nothing for my skin, hair or nails. The Jarrows brand was wayyyy mor effective. I'll have to go back to it, plus it's cheaper than the Natrol braend.

I've been wondering about the Aussie shampoo how did it leave your hair feeling and was it easy to comb through while the shampoo was in?
Hits: Aussie Moist Shampoo, Aussie 3min Miracle, Aphogee Gloss Therapy Polisher Spray.

Misses: Redken Heat Glide, Organix Nourishing Coconut Milk Anti Breakage Serum.<<I gave this one to my BF and he loves it on his natural dreadlocked hair.

Hits:

AO White Camellia - My hair loved it for a dry DC
Chi Keratin Mist
Miracle 7 Leave in Mist - Had to try twice for it to work right, I think the key was not using it in conjunction with a lot of other products = soft hair
Silk Elements Megasilk Olive Heat Protection - Makes my hair silky after a flat iron or blow dry

Hits:

Biolage Delicate Care Masque for Colored Hair
Colorful Neutral Protein Filler
Not sure if I ever put this up as a hit, but you're such a problem solver: Nioxin Bliss Thermal Protector
Hi Rez hair color

NOT SURE:

Aphogee Green Tea & Keratin spray...I didn't have the crunchy results like last time which is good BUT my hair didn't feel as silky as my last flat iron, so I don't know if this is the reason why...this and the protein filler are the only new products in the line up I used on my hair today.

Hits: Rusk Sensories Leave-in, HE Hello hydration, HE Long Term Relationship

Miss: joico K-pac (looked like pink cottage cheese and did nothing for my hair)

HIT:

Mizani H2O Intense Night-Time Treatment -This is actually pretty moisturizing. I really like how my hair feels when I'm done applying this to my lovely strands:lick:.

I'll be trying some other products in my stash that I haven't used yet maybe tomorrow.

I may try Mills Creek Keratin shampoo and conditioner, KeraCare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo, and Beauty Without Cruelty Conditioner Moisture Plus. I'll see which of them will be hits or misses and update accordingly.
