I just really watch what I eat. I cut out cheese, red meat, and I use extreme potrion control. I just got hip to skinny cow ice cream as a desert. Most of them are 100-140 cals and they taste soooo good. I count calories and keep my daily consumtion under 1200 cals. I notice when I go over 1200 but under 2000 I maintain. I've also done the lemonade diet a few times (up to 3 days). Hope this helps!
