What Brand of Biotin Do you Take

I take Nature's Bounty. What brand do you take? And how well does it work for you?

I just started taking PURITAN PRIDE 5MG for a week now.

I've been taking 5mg of Rexall Brand Biotin (I found this at Walmart). I'm not sure if it helped with length but I believed it helped with thickness.

I love country life biotin from Vitamin Shoppe. The capsules are tiny enough to take without water!

I use Trader Joe's Multi...but lately I've been taking Green Vibrance (from Iherb). It's a green drink that is supposed to be more readily absorbed by the body, and have health benefits as well as hair, skin and nail benefits! I'll let you know my results...I've been taking it for a week now.

Yeah I like this Biotin. I haven't had any breakouts as well, but I also take the Spring Valley Skin Hair vitamins along with it.
