I feel like there are alot of signs that I should get a weave to achieve these last few inches to my goal:look:

Its just I feel kinda ridiculous adding hair to my hair at this point but she makes me see that it can totally be done and help you get to waitlength.

The thing I love about weaves is it stays looking nice until the day you take it out......I'm really in need of a nice long term PS in my life. More then likely I'll be doing senegalese twists but between Pamera, Ediese and Nichi.........weaves are really calling my name these days....I'll miss my hair alot though:ohwell:

I haven't worn a weave in years but when I used to wear them I always had my own hair out around the perimeter. How do you have all of your hair hidden without it looking obviously fake? I couldn't really see her hairline in the weave pics.

yes weaves are god sent. when i first got my sew in...i got at least an inch in the 8weeks i had it in..im too cheap to get another one..but once im not..im getting me one..her hair is veryyyy lovely.

Yea I thought that too but peep Pamera's Full Head Weave its sooooo gorgeous and realistic so it can be done. The thing is, I think I'd lean more toward tree braids because then you get the weave effect without leaving any hair out and you dont have to expose the blending hair to so much heat.....I dunno plus weaves tend to be pretty expensive:ohwell: we'll have to see.... . I'll probably be going the cheaper route and do my trusty senegalese twists because the hair is cheap and I know how to d them myself and have them come out beautiful. So I''ll have to decide.....but I really just wanna put my hair away long term....

Thats really awesome its always great when your hair can just rest and be manipulation free long term:yep:

BlackMasterPiece - you are one of the ladies on here with hair much healthier looking and longer hair than hers. Whilst i'm not knocking her progress and i'm not hating (def not hating), YOUR hair deserves its own thread.

Anyways, I for one will not be wearing weaves to retain length as they and any false hair near my scalp causes my scalp to go haywire.

She's definitely repping for us 4b+ types. And she's African from Ghana so there goes the theory that if you have long hair you must be mixed. I believe in the weave (or I will when my hair arrives and gets installed. :) ).

Oh yeah shes on my list of fotkis I stalk and she protective styles her hair with weaves. I love how big her natural hair is it's amazing
