I was sitting with a prepoo of Coconut oil with Jane Carternutrient replenishing conditioner. it really has my hair soft so i decide to look up the ingredients.
At first I was afraid to use it b/c I thought it would make my hair hard (im in desperate need for moisture). But it turns out that behentrimonium methosulfate is a great detangler and isn't a "sulfate" that we all try to stray away from. Its making my new growth really manageable.. I'll post results in the A.M. when I rinse this out.

Yep...it's in the NTM hair mask too. However, I'm sitting here looking at it wondering why I bought it, because I'm definitely not getting the 'angels singing' feeling that everyone else seems to get.

I feel the same way about this product. I like the Pantene Relaxed and Natural DC better.

oooh good, that ingredient is in my Garnier Triple Nutrition conditioner..i love that stuff as a moisturizer.

My hair loves this ingredient, it gives a product slip and helps with moisture. 9 times out of 10 if a product has this at the top of the ingredient list it will work for me. I wish i could find it somewhere pure to mix into my conditioners.

Amen to this! BTMS is fabulous! Try The Soapdish, Lotioncrafters, and Texas Natural Supply.
