I've tried the Shampoo and Conditioner last year and they were great(left my hair soft) but i have so many products so I never re-purchased. I always repurchase the magnetic gel though( best gel I've ever used) I've been tempted to get the treatment every time I go into whole foods. Maybe I'll try that soon but i have so many products I haven't even tried yet.

Are you natural or relaxed? How did you use the gel?

I've used it as a natural last year and also used it during the start of my second transition around jan or feb. Worked great both times. I use the gel for my edges and also added to moisturizers for braidouts.

I have both of the conditioners and they are very good, they're a combination of strengthening and moisturizing.

My hair loves it :), bought it last week from marshalls.
I don't care for the power treatment too much but the shampoo and the conditioner is great for my hair.
the conditioner really detangeld my hair and the shampoo was a good detangler.

I just bought the magnetic conditioner to use in conjunction with the Giovanni Nutrifix reconstructor as a protein treatment (I'm planning on mixing them together to make both products last longer, lol). I bought the magetic conditioner at marshall's as well. I'll let you ladies know how I liked it when I triy it.

I use the shampoo and conditioner( when I can find it) and have for a long time. I believe vitacost has them both.

The shampoo I bought tons of it before they took it off the shelves at whole foods (that burned me up) Luckily I did get warning from one of the stocking folks there. They can order it for you though, so all isnt lost.

The poo and con really do work very well together, the shampoo is a staple. BTW I'm relaxed.

I've not used any of the other products so I can't comment on them.

i have the conditioner. usually, for me, giovanni conditioners don't have much slip, but this really had a good amount of slip. left my hair feeling nicely moisturized. however, because it's got metallic elements in it, i'd be scared to death to use it anywhere near a relaxer touch-up. i have nightmares of getting a touch up & suffering a HUGE setback due to the magnetite reacting with the relaxer cream.

ITA it does have good slip. I will be reviewing it on my youtube this week.

1 week prior to relaxing I always clarify so who knows.... I don't shampoo anymore prior to then so I can't say there's an issue pre relaxing for me. I usually wash 4-7 days after I relax, but the only problem I have then is hand in hair disease:wacky:

I tried the Magnetic Restruxturizing Conditioner yesterday. It performs well, but has a bit too much protein for my liking to use for just routine co-washing. But it didn't make my hair feel overly stiff or brittle, so that's a plus. It detangled really well in the shower when I used it, but not as well as the smooth as silk. Overall, I like the Smooth as Silk conditioner better as a daily co-washing conditioner. I'd probably only use this one on my protein days, post relaxer, and whenever my hair is feeling brittle. On a scale of 1-10 I give this conditioner about a 7.

I've used both the shampoo and moisturizing restructuring conditioner, I loved it. Only used it once though because I'm currently trying products to find new staples. My old ones don't seem to do what they used to do.

I am texlaxed and this seriously detangled and softened my hair more than I thought...I just wanted to give my two cents..my hair loved it! I also tried the Smooth as Silk Shampoo too and it worked well together..love them both .
