My regimen is almost complete but natural ladies or even permed ones what is your holy grail of moisturizers and I don't mean oils I'm using those for sealing and prepoo but moisturizing what keeps it moist soft and not overly oily.

thanks in advance

Organics by Africa's Best Shea Butter & Tea Tree Oil Moisturizer. It's so hard to find but I just found an online BSS that sells it so I'm doing the happy dance :pepper: It has a little protein in it, which my hair craaaves, so it's perfect for me.

Afroveda Shea Alma ButterCream

Qhemets Alma and Olive heavy Cream, Burdock Root Butter Cream and Olive and Honey Hydrating Balm.

Oyin Whipped Pudding.

I’m currently transitioning to natural and use Qhemet Biologics’s Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm and Qhemet Biologics’s Burdock Root Butter Cream. This moisturising combination work's wonderfully on my hair; it feel’s soo soft and hydrated all day :cloud9:. Lastly, I seal with Avocado and black Jamaican castor oil :lick:

I hear that Hairveda Whipped Cream Ends Hydration is really good. I'm waiting on mine in the mail :ohwell:

I have the Organics by AFrica's Best.... I like it, but it tends to weigh (sp) my hair down a lot. Right now I'm using Silk Elements Silken Child Moisturizer and loving it. I still use my Organics, but not very often.

I'm with you Barbie83 about the Hairveda Whipped Cream Moisturizer, can't wait! I just ordered mine yesterday along with the Vatika Frosting :drunk:...which also gives you moisture but I believe they do have the frosting labeled as an oil though.

I use Jane Carter Solution Hair Nourishing Cream & Hydratherma Naturals Daily Moisturizing Growth Lotion. Out of the two of them, the Hydratherma Naturals lotion is the holy grail product because it penetrates my hair better & it leaves my hair moisturized for a longer period of time.

I'm natural, btw.

Conditioners as a daily moisturizer on dry hair. I use Nexxus Humectin, NTM silk touch leave-in or V05 Strawberries and Cream.

Shea butter is the best and I use aussie moist as a leave in it is bangin for my hair leaves it soft and nice i have hand in hair sydrome when i use it

whipped shea butter with some oil, aloe butter, and HE hello hydration conditioner as a leave in. And even though you say no oils coconut oil moisturizes for me too.

Wow, every head of hair is so different :ohwell:. My hair absorbs it and it's left so shiny.

It has all the bad ingredients, but I use ORS Olive Oil in the jar....

sigh....looking for something else though without the bad ingredients, but it helps me with shedding and breakage, so I'm thinking about the 'if it ain't broke' theory....

And since I wash weekly....??

I'm loving Jane Carters Nourish and Shine for my daughters (I use it too, but not often). I use Raw Shea Butter infused with Frankincense and Myrrh. My Health food store sells it. It is more expensive online. I just ordered Qhemets Alma and Olive HC, Burdock Root and the Honey Olive Pomade. I'm hoping these work!!

You could always uise the ORS Olive Oil Lotion. Way Better Ingredients

^^^^ I use that too, I recently texlaxed after an 8 month stretch and its perfect: light but not too watery and it doesn't weigh my hair down at all

Lacio lacio on dry hair works wonders for me. its water based and doesnt weigh the hair down.

I use Lacio Lacio too, I was wondering if it was just me! No one else seems to use this as a daily moisturizer.

I'm natural and use heavier products: yest to carrots conditioner as leave in (the bottle one no the mask in the jar) Organic coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil on very wet hair ends to seal.

I also add molasses to my conditioner. I used to use honey as a humectant but it lightened my hair too much.

This has really been the way to go for me as well. I used Qhemet Biologics Burdock Root moisturizer and it's still in my rotation, but for the past 5 months or so I've been using my favorite moisturizing deep conditioner as my daily moisturizer. That would be Elucence Moisture Balancing Conditioner. The Elucence line is just good for moisture period if that's what your hair is lacking.
