So, ladies.. I was out on a retreat with some of my fellow classmates.

I was wearing a half wig, Outre by Polly, since i'm trying to back away from all of the straight hair so that i can mentally transition

but while I was there, I heard this girl I hang with talking about me saying that "she looks like a dog. what's wrong with her?" she was saying this to my best friend, who didn't say anything to defend me :rolleyes: not her job, but..

so i said enough of this BS

i didn't make the decision all because of that girl talking about me. i was also very tired of the relaxed ends and my hair was starting to break, but now i'm thinking that maybe i went a little crazy.

i bc twice, it will be alright.... ALL men just like alot of hair. when yours grows in he will stop looking at you like that. LOL.

I am still trying to understand why a girl you hag out with would say you look like a dog. Did you say anything to her or your best friend?
Please don't let other peoples' comments dictate how you feel about yourself. Your hair is beautiful.
 
You look cute with your new hair showing. Please, in a few months when your hair is moving into beautiful new health go to your rude 'retreat mate' and do a lovely..."roof, roof, roof". Watch her blush.

Just gorgeous lady! Congratulations on your BC! Your hair reminds me so much of my hair when I BCed only almost 2 monts ago. It'll grow so fast, and curl up so much more over the next few days.
