Guys, the steamer might have met its match in benefiting my hair. Who knew in Maryland there is hard water! But have no fear Aquasana showerhead filter is here!

My hair feels so soft without a leave in after washing it with my new filtered water, I think maybe hard water was the reason my hair might have been slightly breaking after cowashing! No broken hairs this time around! There's something in the water!

Its so easy to set up! And you can get it at a good price on ebay. Plus, my skin feels so much softer too! Water really does make a difference!

I am so excited!

I want a steamer! How much did you pay for yours?

Mine was $129.00 with free shipping from SalonRus. I believe that there is a thread detailing how you can get a discount off the model I got.

Apparently there is a 2010 model out now from SalonRus, its here, its like $140.00 with free shipping.

girl you were reading my thoughts, this weekend i resolved to purchase one. just waiting on my next paycheck. yeah MD water has a rack of chemicals in it also. The smell of the chlorine is so strong, if I leave the water running (which i try not to do, save the planet!!) while I'm brushing my teeth, it makes me gag.

I know what you mean, I am in the DC metro area too! Sometimes the intitial burst of shower water is bronze, gross!

Hey, how did the addition of the filter effect ur water pressure? that is my main concern. they are CHEAP with the pressure in my building. i had a filter once but it made the pressure so much WORSE. i forgot the brand though..

Get a flow regulator. Sprite has a handheld with a flow regulator for $40.
