And I HATE Wen! It coats my scalp something awful, give me the itches! I ike their oils though. It's expensive I used to get it from QVC when they had deals.

$72???? Seriously? I didn't see anything uber-extraordinary in the ingredients list. I'm so confused...

Oh well. I've never purchased any Wen products, and this certainly will not make its way into my stash. :lachen:

None of those ingredients are worth that much money. The conditioner may work just finebut they're really just charging for the name.

It is an excellent deep conditioner. I use it 2x a week. I have NEVER paid $72 for it. As I posted several months ago in the "big" WEN thread, it is $52 on QVC and I usually get it for about $30 (or less) on ebay. Guthy Renker sells a starter kit of WEN and when you purchase it you are signed up for autoship. Some people sell their autoship packages on ebay. The package includes 2 16-oz bottles of cleansing conditioner, a tube of styling creme and a 4 oz of the Re-Moist Hydrating Mask. If I pick up one of those for $60, I have basically gotten the mask and styling cream for free.

It is very thick and the 4 oz. lasts a surprisingly long time. :yep:

 So you can buy more!!!
For the record, Naturally Curly does a great job of shipping quickly.

Thanks for the info... but at $52 or $72 (the extra $20 must be from the Curlmart site)... I'm not interested. At least not yet! I hate sneaky autoships. I tried Sally's version of the knockoff and it STUNK.

I have used WEN as well. It really moisturized and detangled my hair. I have purchased it on Amazon for about $40 (Fig).

The $72 is the price on the Chaz Dean site -- most places charge the same as his site, but QVC discounts it. I just looked at ebay since posting and most vendors are selling it for $32.50.

I usually hate sneaky auto ship, but this is one time I'm really enjoying it!

The only expensive ingredient I see there is the seabuckthorn. I looked at getting the oil from FNWL and it was $22/oz, which is a bit steep for my tastes. The vast majority of these ingredients I already own :look:.

Go to Sally's and get you some HairOne cleansing cream for 9 bucks!

For my hair type, HairOne paled in comparison to Wen.
$ for $ Wen Cleansing Conditioner is delivers greater results.

Now the Re-Moist Hydrating Mask is quite expensive and you can get the same results from just using the Cleansing Conditioner. The Re-Moist is an extravagent treat if you want to put out the bucks.

It is the best conditioner I have ever used. But I've never paid $72 for it either...it comes as part of my auto ship. I get three 16 oz of Wen AND I get the 4 oz mask.

When it runs out (mine only lasts for about a month) I supplement with my Alter Ego Garlic or I use the WEN cleansing conditioner itself as a DC.

To each his or her own, but if I had Beyonce money, $72 or not...this would stay in my hair arsenal.

That's not the conditioner, it's Wen Lavender Re-Moist Hydrating Mask, which is more expensive than the condish. The 16oz condish is $28 and the 32oz is $52. I guess it's all relative as to what one likes. I love WEN and will continue to purchase it as long as it's available.

Now QVC carries it in all flavors except Tea Tree. I would rather have the Fig, but since Sweet Almond is what Guthy Renker ships, Sweet Almond is what I can get on the cheap.
