I just saw grim phreaker's blog and it has me curious... i have baking soda here, should i mix it with my elasta qp condish? very curious right now

I think you should...I've read alot of positive remarks regarding baking soda mixed with deep conditioners......try it and get back to us with the results....

I mixed the Baking Soda for a DC mix i saw in youtube (the mix was avocado, EVOO, Baking Soda, Coconut oil and mayo) and myhairl felt hard as hell, i don't know if it was the bakinfg soda, so i'm gonna try the DC again w/o the Baking Soda to see if it was something else. Is the first time i put avocado on my hair too, so i don't know.

I mix baking soda with my condish sometimes when I co-wash. I have never done it with deep condish...

I would just make sure you don't use too much b/c baking soda is a clarifier and it also loosens your curl a bit. So just be careful..You can always just deep condish and then use baking soda after to deep clean or deep cleanse and then use baking soda.

Just my thoughts.

Yeah that wha tI do and then go back and co-wash...

Don't use too much though, I use like a table spoon of baking soda, maybe a little less (I don't measure it I just pour it out of a container).
