I put my silk scarf on and use a regular back massager on top of it, it really makes my head feel good and my hair grows faster when i'm consistent with my massages, you can feel the blood tingling in your head when you're done. If i do it without the scarf i get unnecessary tangling and knots so i'd recommend doing it on a scarf instead of your hair. Btw, my massager is a Conair back massager, dont remember the exact name.

There are two review from walmart but they are both from last year. This is what they said:

My hands are crippled and also cannot exert pressure. This product really massages the scalp. I was quite surpriised. I have recommended this to others.

well woth buying. made it easy to wash my hair and it felt good too.

i was JUST thinking about this yesterday because i have a massaging shower head and i let the massaging setting hit my head when i wash. it felt so good and i was sondering about how i could get this without having to wet my hair.

When I massage my own scalp, I need to exert a lot of pressure to get that warm feeling of blood circulating through my scalp. I was wondering about getting something to aid me in my head massages. I will check out the Walmart one.

it gives circulation to the scalp. You can do this with your own self/scalp massages. i was desperate to get my hair back 1 year ago. this was after a major hair setback. I not only did a "big chop" i literally had to have my whole head shaved.

i went to Amazon.com and bought two types of "Ting Ting" one is a manual massager where you literally move it back and forth across the scalp.

Then there is the automatic one where it is placed on your scalp and has multiple settings to massage or "vibrate" on the innner and outer parameters.

You can get the same results if not better, by a good old fashioned hand massage. My hair still has the same growth rate whether i use it or not.

so you dont use it anymore since u dont see increased growth? anyone else see increased growth from this?

yes, i still use it. there are some days that i am multi-tasking, so the automatic Ting Ting allows me to do so. i just place it on my head, figure out which setting i want, and hit the button. i could be relaxing, reading a book, etc.

I usually massage my head once a day. One month i tried Ting Ting, the next month i tried my own hand massages. No difference in the growth rate.

(and i keep Ting Ting on for about 15 - 20 mins.)

the hand massage in the morning before going to work is about 10 mins.

same growth rate. i still use the head/automatic massager interchangeably with a hand massage.
