Great progress but whats even greater is the price that Dominican salon charges. :thud: Mayn! I wish I stayed in NY.
 
WOW hair is beautiful and you can really tell the difference in product use. Congratulations again on your PH.D., Marriage and new baby. He is so adorable.
 
looks great! CONGRATS! i know how you feel when the temples fall out... and then grow back in. i lost my hairline though.

Thanks for sharing your progress because my temples look exactly like your "before" pic, due to my postpartum shedding. You're definitely giving me hope that mine will grow back.

Yeah, i cant say that i can "pin-point" when the edges fell out either. I just remember my hair being incredibly thick and lustrous during my pregnancy, and being tickled pink about that.... and then the baby came, and i straight up wasn't even combing/doing my hair that much right after, let alone looking in the mirror.

Next thing i knew, i looked in the mirror one day and saw those receding temples and jacked up hairline. *smh* I was like, what the heezy?!!! :perplexed Ehh well, it happens to the best of us, i guess. A small price to pay for the bundle of joy that comes along with it! :yep:

Yes, the avocado cholesterol cream conditioner is dominican as well! :yep:

I got the oil from a local BSS around my way, however, if you google it you should be able to find it online (I found it when i was trying to find a picture of it to post on my site). I really like it a lot. Good stuff!

You are SO welcome girl. Yes, definitely stay encouraged! They will grow back in and return to normal, with time and just a lil bit of TLC. But... trust me, i was scurred too. :lol:

i found several of the conditoners while doing a search, what brand do u use for that avocado creme. Again thanks lot

:lachen:I actually had that vector illustration designed just for me and in my "likeness," by a graphic artist named Ben Fretwell. So Im glad you recognize that there is even a little bit of resemblance.... no one else has mentioned it, ever. THanks!!! :lol:

Hmmm, im pretty sure it's either by Nacidit or Capile, as those are the primary two brands that my salon carries. But next time I go in i will def. check. Both of those brands are GREAT though. I use them interchangeably.

Omg, MsHouston, didnt realize so soon!!! YAAAYY!!!! :grin: Also, i think its GREAT that u are gonna be starting ure garlic regimen early. I think the earlier the better, that way it can serve as a "preventative" measure rather than a curative one, you know?!!!

Yeah i know! He can wear 12 months now, and he just turned 7 months. :lol: His dad is a big boy as well though, so that's why.

I'm coming back close too two hours later to reply. Beautiful hair just as i remembered it! It has really thickened up quite a bit. Do you remember how many weeks post your were?
