How much did they cost?

Are you satisified with the model you bought? If not, why?

I have a table top one($100) and I wish I had purchased the stand one from Salon R Us. I would be more inclined to use it. It is too much of a hassle to set the table top one at the right height.

The stand one will be my Christmas gift to myself, but only if I use my table top one more consistently.

I encourage you to try to use it more.:yep: I know it is probably a Hassel. To get it set up right and get a chair at the right Height to the table etc....

But If you have a Certain Product that you "love" You will REALLY LOVE IT with Steam. It makes them Perform So Much Better. And Your Hair is so Moisturized.

Mo' Betta. Mo' Betta.:grin:

It will take your products to a whole other Level. There is Nothing Like it.

I have the same one as IDareT'sHair and wannabelong. I love it! I was steaming once a week, moved it up to 2, and now I'm doing 3x/week. It does make your products perform better. The absorption of the product into your hair is amazing. Thank goodness I got this before the Pibbs bc the Pibbs would have been a waste of money for me. I use my heat cap for hot oil treatments now.

I have the same one from SalonsRUs and I use it for everything! Henna, DC, facials, etc. I love it!

Hmmm, it never occured to me to use the steamer for my henna treatments. I henna for color and I wonder if the steam will help with the color intake. :scratchch

I ordered that one on June 16th but it was out of stock. It was finally shipped to me by FedEx on July 9th and is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, July 15th. So it took a month from the day I ordered to receive the product. I can't wait to use it this weekend!

For those who use it for Henna treatment, do you put a plastic cap on for protection?
 
When I steam in my Henna, I do not use a cap. I just pile my hair on top of my head and sit under the steamer. It doesn't drip either.
 
I never use a plastic cap any time I use the steamer. I use one of those salon cotton coils to wrap around my edges. Catches all the drips.

IDareT'sHair that is about right. It feel like the products are magnified somehow and I really get my money's worth. I purchased the same steamer and by far the best investment I have made. Damn all the conditioners, oils and treatments..this is the best. The steam plumps my hair and skin. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!

Yes, it's in a Large Box, but it is Lightweight and Assembly is Quick & Simple.:yep:
 
Why are ya'll tempting me?? I think this will be on my Christmas wish list. I've been dying to try steam with the Ayurvedic treatments.

Very easy to put together but don't expect the instructions :lachen:to help you. Look at the picture and do it.
 
My steamer was waiting by my front door when I got home today from work. The box was bigger then I expected. I will put it together on Friday!
