Oh, lawd, I finally got off my lazy rump to make a fotki and everybody is having problems.erplexed I did notice they're really pushing for the paid upgrade...

I am not having any trouble seeing other people's pics in my fotki and I haven't upgraded either. Sorry you are experiencing this OP.

I did after I saw you mentioned it in an earlier post. I haven't heard anything from fotki yet (and I still can't see my pics) but I'm hopeful.

I'm glad that OP posted this thread. I was JUST about to pay for a fotki upgrade, but I'm going to go with zenfolio instead. I thought it was just a minor glitch, but it's been all day and even people who PAID seem to be having a problem.

I signed up for FOtki, but I don't think I'm gonna use it. I'll just use the free site I started on google if I ever get around to getting the rest of my pics off my camera.

Did you run out of photo space? Every 30 days you can go into your account settings and request additional storage space. I have a free account and this is what I do.

Unless this has changed, it used to be that free Fotki had a limit of how many pics you can upload so people would just open a second account when they reached the limit of the free account. So if that's why, just do what people did--that is if you care to keep Fotki.

I checked a little bit ago and I'm able to see all my photos again. Everything seems back to normal. I also got a message from customer service on what happened:

I could not access my account at all yesterday but could access others. Everything seems to be fine now
