I have been trying to cut back on the amount of heat I use. I use to use these rollers when I was younger, but was curious to know if this was a safe alternate to my curling iron?

I would like to know if this is better than using my regular ceramic Sedu flat iron to put curls in my hair. I don't see how it could be better since it's the same heat source. It's not steam, but ceramic ionic heated rollers. So what is the difference if any? Oh yeah, and my sisters stylist just had her order these so that she can use "less heat" on her hair per week.
I'm a Do It Yourselfer so I need to know...Online the price is $29.99![]()
I believe that they are non-damaging to the hair.
I regularly use the Caruso rollers, they are se great but they are steam rollers though![]()
Steam rollers are easier on the hair?
