WHERE IS THE LOVE????

I AM MAD AS HECK.I order some thing from NATURE WITH LOVE and it came to 29 dollars. then i get a email asking for 10 dollar more cause they said UPS SAID THEY CHANGE THE ZIP BY ONE NUMBER. AND they want me to payerplexedand i told her i gave them the right zip and its not nature with love who wants the ten its UPS. I CALLED UPS AND THEY SAID IT NO MONEY DUE ITS NATURE WITH LOVE THATS WANTS TEN. i told the love lady to keep it but she said its been shiped and she wants me to hit the pay -pal and pay them but i am not. so i guess i not getting any love from them any morei know i gave them the right zip cause pay-pal payed them the 29, i hope this dont get nasty. i am not feeling WELLI KNOW a lot of people use nature with love and they ARE great but they gave me no love todaybad thing is i really like them until this happend??????

I wouldn't give them $10 more either. Especially since they tried to deceive you by saying that UPS wanted the money, when it was them all along. Who knows what when REAL reason is.

I'd just have to ask for a Refund, before I let it get "Ugly" There are too many other products out there to be Had!

And I am from the Belief, the Opinion, and the Mindset that the Customer is Always Right!

That's crazy. If their shipping costs increased, they need to up the shipping cost before the order and not after. I am glad you did not give in an pay the $10

If you pay via PayPal don't they keep your address on file? There is no reason that it would be changed.

I have had similar problems with FNWL. I use MountainRose Herbs now. The selection isn't as vast as FNWL, but there is no shadiness with them at all. Check it out.

That is one shady company. Thank God I'm ULTRA conservative when it comes to ordering online. I only order through reputable companies (amazon for one).
