I love it. I can't wait til I can rock APL or longer cornrows with no extensions. It's one of my style goals and I think it is so sexy.

i really dont get how that look is dramatic!! she looked good to me, actually looked better than usual. so they dont think people should do braids?! Wow smh

I think her hair is cute but I wouldnt have had that style with that dress.

Her dress is casual.

I think it looks good together actually. A little long for my tastes, but still cute.

Me thinks the length is dramatically ridiculous. That's probably what they were talking about. It would have looked much better if it was about BSL.

If it was length they were speaking about they would've posted a pic of the back of her head. In the main page with the caption they show only the front of her hairdo. They (probably a non-black person) thought it was dramatic because its a big chunky cornrow style.

I like cornrows, hers really look nice. The seven bags of yaki are there just braided up lol. I wish mine were that long for real.

I noticed those ashy elbows too. It would seem like she'd have people to warn her about things like this. LOL

I think the cornrows are cute but I would've worn some drop earrings and a necklace or something because of the dress. IMO you can wear cornrows and still look "classy".

ETA: Just saw the last two pics. Dang those are long! I agree girlfriends elbows needs to make friends with some lotion.

I have no qualms with cornrows, but I don't like that look on her. Actually I don't like her entire look in those pics. And the ashy elbows are :nono:

I think it would have been cute if she rolled the length of the cornrows into a bun rather than have them hanging like that. I don't see any reason to be offended though. *shrug*
