I've been wanting to try it, so it'll be nice to hear what others have to say about it.

I haven't tried it, but I do have the Silk Treatment, which is the Farouk Biosilk knockoff, and it is the bomb!

I like it ok but it is nothing compared to the original CHI. I have both. You have to use it sparingly it is heavier than the original but it smell similar.

I love the original Chi version, but the Sally's version is way, way heavier and kind of sticky in my opinion. The first time I used it, I used the same amount as I do with the original and once my hair was dry it was so stiff and coated I had to completely start over and re-wash my hair. :wallbash:
I've used it a couple of times since but less than a dime sized amount. I won't be repurchasing.

I have had good results with it. I cant speak on how it compares to the original chi formula (refuse to pay that much for a small bottle). Its A keeper in my regimen because it gives me such a silky sheen to my hair when using a flat iron.

Yep, same thing happened to me.

I didn't like it, too heavy. I have fine hair.

Ditto. Did not likey - plus it left flakes after drying. I gave to my sister then felt guilty and bought her some CHI. :lachen: So instead of saving 30 bucks, I spent 80. :wallbash: No more generic for me. :nono:

i wanted to try it but my Mom would rather get me the real deal... i may buy the gvp myself and try it anyway.

Try E-bay. I got my 12 oz bottle of Chi on ebay for $20.99. Free shipping.

Can't beat that with a stick considering stores like Target want that same price for half the size.

ive been using it for 6 months, once a week to flat iron and i love it. i recently started using it to seal my ends. hair feels like butta!!

Say what!!!! I bought two bottles at xmas as it was half price, thank goodness i did!

Why are they doing this to us!!!!:wallbash:

I really don't know. I was in the shop on Shaftsbury Ave on Wednesday to get a refill and couldn't see it anywhere on the shop floor, I asked the guy who worked there where it was and he said it was discontinued and he didn't know why.

Now I have to go searching for it
