Alright now clown my before busted up pix. I have been researching what kind of flat iron to get. After reading sooo many reviews, checking out a youtube video by saloncabelo and the help of Tee convincing me the FHI platform is a better flat iron. I have seen the results of her hair when used and said if that flat iron can make her hair look bone straight i know it will straighten my texlax hair.
Went to Trade sercert to get my platform and all they had was the 4/10
. Now tell me what in the heck was I going to do with a 4/10 flat iron but be all day flat ironing my hair. I stood there for a minute and looked at the other ones and contempated on getting one of the older models. Called Tee asked her if she had heard about a certain one and she didn't.
DH asked what kind did the girl on youtube have because she was a natural and you guys FHI Tech G2 got her hair bone straight. Anyway I told him i was not sure. DH pulled out his phone and pulls the video up for me, by now the cashier is looking at us crazy. While I wait for the video to load my DH asked the cashier about the ceramic plates becasue the girl on youtube said to make sure they were baked on.
So the video pops up and i asked the cashier to look with me and tell me what kind of flat iron is this and low and behold it was the tech G2!!!!!
Here are some before and after shots. The before shots are what my hair looks like normally if i let it air dry and have worn it in a ponytail for a week.

I hate that I replaced it with the solia. 
But this thread makes me curious about the FHI. Does it cost less than the sedu?
