Your hair is beautiful! I'm convinced, I will now add ACV to my henna mix because my color is never that brilliant.

I use the keep it simple method .. was 2x a week with CON sham or trader joe's moisture shampoo deep condish 1 x week any condish will do .. I add tablespoon of honey and olive oil , I rinse my deep condish out ... i don't was it out.......... I love VO5 mositure milk conditioners .. and i use thoses as a rinising condish
I use a deman brush and wide tooth comb ..
I don't detangle in the shower on the reg ,only when i do a wash and go
.. i part my hair in sections and do the shingle method.
cantu shea leave in and feels like silk gel are my styling staples. I air dry only ..

My OH MY!!! Yes you have done it..you got me wanting to try henna now. That COLOR is beautiful, the curls are so smooth and soft and flowing. Great job!!!

no but ima check it out right now!lol..

I just wanted you to know that I henna'd for the 1st time last night. I am transitioning but my hair is mostly relaxed. I rinsed out the henna and DC'd for 20 min. My hair was the silkiest and non tangled that it has been since starting this journey. I was in love with my hair last night. Detangling was a breeze. Between my detangling and flexi rod set I lost minimal hair. Maybe 15 tops. I normally shed and lose a lot of hair during wash day. I say all of this to say that my hair is mostly relaxed and the henna worked great and it was so strong afterwards.

If you try it, let me know.

OK, I have been stalking this tread for a minute. My friend and I plan on hennaing our hair tomorrow.

Will it change our hair texture? I'm still not sure if it just eliminates frizzies or permanently alters your hair.

What recipe is best for natural hair?

My friend also has some relaxed ends. Are there any special precautions she needs to take?

And we have different doshas? How do you know what powders/oils to use?

I need help, please!:perplexed

Your hair is beautiful!

I want to try henna but I'm scared of it changing my curl pattern. I like mine just the way it is.

I wonder if leaving it in for half the time would keep it from changing the curl pattern?

Your hair came out beautiful!!! I really needed to see this tonight. I love it....that's it, I'm gonna do it tomorrow. Going to mix it up now, I can't wait......

Thank you for sharing --- the color is awesome on you.... I'm going to henna this weekend and deep condition mine... I'm looking forward to it.
