During the summer last year, I cowashed every day because I was taking swim classes. I would comb and pull my hair back in a pony tail and let the sun do it's thing. I noticed I had more growth than usual. I know the cowashing helped but I also think leaving it damp contributed to the growth.
I am looking to do that again this year. Any suggestions for a light conditioner that does not leave hair feeling sticky after it dries.

Damp my hair felt a little weird but it dried very soft and moisturized. Cowashing is awesome for length retention, depending upon how you style afterwards (I bunned for most of the time).
That is my plan this summer. I can basically swim and I know several strokes, but I need to get comfortable with treading (sp?) water and being in the deep end. I really love the water and I think it's time I become a confident swimmer.
. I sometimes use it as a daily moisturizer on dry hair too.
