my presses are only lasting a day!

As soon as I go to sleep ....and i even tie my hair down....all my hardwork is gone! any words of advice...this ONLY happens when I do my hair....if I go to the salon ...it lasts 2 weeks

lol yes I use the same products as my stylist...of course my skill level is not the same though

Do you use a flatiron or pressing comb? That makes a big difference in my hair. A pressing comb reverts for me. But the flatiron press lasts for 2 weeks. Also, making sure my head is not hot while sleeping. I had to get a net instead of a scarf.

Sounds like a product issue.
you say you use the same products as the stylist. but are you using the same appliances too?
Maybe hers get hotter?

I have the same problem.. but that is because I don't know what to do with my hair when it is pressed.. I can't wrap, can't pin curl, can't really do anything...
