:yep: Hey Ladies!!!!
I am here in DLewis's hood!!!!

And let me tell you - I have seen some FABULOUS heads of Hair!!!!!! Let me tell you - I have been encouraged!!!!!! In Jackson, I saw women - with Braids, Fros, Naturals, Pressed.....:lick::lick:

Trust me - I don't see all of this in L.A.!!!!

And any MS ladies - close to Natchez - HOLLER!!!!!

OMG I forgot you were going on your research trip!

Yay for beautiful hair!!

I live in Jackson and I don't see any of that LOL But I am in college in NY so maybe things have changed since I've been away for a few months :look:

OMG!!!! You guys are hilarious!!!!

I was at the Jackson Marriott.... I was Totally impressed!!! Sistas weeeerrrking it out!

I see some terribleness, but I see more great heads of hair. It depends on where you are I guess.

Oh and welcome to MS Lucky's Mom!

I live in Jackson, and I see both ends of the spectrum. I mostly see "tow up from the flo up" hair, but I do see long haired beautiful hair too. I think we live in the perfect sub-tropical climate to grow long moisturized hair.

I hope you enjoy yourself while you're down in the country. I see all of what you described in L.A and the Valley often but I guess you're talking about all the weavealiciousness that is in abundance. LOL

LOL, I have to agree with the other ladies. I don't live in Jackson anymore, but maybe those ladies were also just visiting Jackson. Go down to the walmart and take a look around. You might change your opinion :lachen::lachen::lachen:

My family stays there, I visit them often. They have amazing hair...but that may be cuz my grandma is always whipping up her Choctaw regimens
