Those are your protein ingredients outlined there. Generally, anything that is "hydrolyzed" means that the items has been made small enough to penetrate all three layers of the hair, directly to the core. On the other side, the proteins are listed towards the bottom of the list....soooo.....its a coin toss for me. How does your hair respond when you use it....stiff/hard?...or soft/moist??

Propylene glycol is the 2nd ingredient and according to Wikipedia it can cause the following;
a. mild eye irritation. Contact may cause irritation, tearing, and burning pain.
b. moderate skin irritation. Contact with the skin may cause erythema, dryness, and defatting

That is it being alone without any other ingredients but it could still possibly contribute to some dryness.:look:

Propylene glycol is used:
Propylene glycol has properties similar to those of ethylene glycol (monoethylene glycol, or MEG). (Note: propylene glycol may also use the acronym MEG, but as an abbreviation of methyl ethyl glycol.) The industrial norm is to replace ethylene glycol by propylene glycol.
