I did it myself! AND it was done on week-old hair!

Ladies it was so simple. I just used this updo comb thingy from Icing. It was kind of like a pic without the handle. I used it to poof up the top part of my hair. Then I just did small pincurls all around the comb attachement and around the center back part of my head. I used those little rhinestone bobby pin things you can get from Claire's or Icing and placed them at certain places.

Sprayed with hair spray then oil spray to keep it in place and used gel and a scarf to get my edges to lay down. It only took about 45 minutes!

yup, decorative hair pins on clearance at claires. They cost me two dollars total. I love sales!

Thanks! Mac liquid foundation, set with powder. mauve/pink blush. classic smokey eye (I used two different shades of black to make sure everything was completely black), smudged/blended with gold eyeshadow to match my skin for the upper lid. a little highlighting under brow. fake eyelashes. brown lip pencil (I actually use eye pencils for my lids, they last longer) and nude pink lip gloss!

Could you provide more info about the comb you used? I tried searching could not find anything about it.

Thanks,

Andrea

you know, I did a quick search and couldn't find it online. If you go into Claires or Icing, they always have this little section with hair comb accessories for updos.

This one literally looked like a pic without the handle part. You should be able to find it in the store.
