Thank you so much for responding to me!!! After Reading ur threads I think il give protein a try. At the moment my hair feels ok and has broken much less this week. Whether this is due to the aphogee 2min or the fact I'm sealing my hair with coconut oil I dunno. I have some cpr lying around, should I try it? Last time I did my hair was sooo hard and unmanagable. I also have ors replenishing pak is this classed as protein?
