WHAT OIL

I use safflower oil and I don't notice ANY smell. It seems to me that no fresh oil that you can use for cooking (except for olive) should probably smell. If it gets old or rancid that's a different story. I put some safflower oil in a small bottle, keep the big bottle in the fridge to keep it fresh and refill as needed.

Thanks I will look into that

does jojoba oil have a scent? any others?

so many oils have a scent , coconut , macdamia nut, etc

I'm looking for an oil with no scent at all on its own

not a rancid smell I'm trying to avoid here, just any scent at all

a totally scentless oil

what about Sweet almond oil, just throwing out suggestions, most of these oiils I have not used in a long time. I just need a totally scent free oil

Almond oil has virtually no smell...in my opinion.

thank you mama

but thank you for one suggestion to start with , that and safflower oil

Yeah, jojoba is one of those that's scentless to me. When I say scentless, I mean no strong or lingering scent. It has a mild scent all it's own but not really noticeable. I just ordered a big bottle of jojoba that I just received. Going to mix it with some good stuff tonight, if I don't get too lazy.:perplexed

Hey Iris,

Spectrum Coconut Oil Organic Refined has no smell at all. It's great for hair. I wouldn't eat that one, though. Jojoba oil doesn't have much smell. We have NOW products. I also have a CamdenGrey.com macademia nut butter with no smell at all. In fact, I'm thinking of mixing up these oils for my own concoction because they don't stank lol!

Refined oils have no smell.

I have refined coconut and refined shea oil that have no smell.

Cosigning with the bolded b/c I was amazed.

Omega Nutrition certified organic Coconut oil : no scent! Great for skin and hair (and cooking).

I would say avocado, grapseed, or jojoba. The coconut oil I have has no scent. It's by spectrum.

Hempseed oil is totally scentless.

It's slightly heavier than jojoba and lighter then coconut oil.

Yeah now that you mentioned it the Almond oil I have doesn't smell either. I kinda wish it did.
