Ladies, What would you recommend as the best light to medium protein treatment for relaxed hair. I've read so many threads with great recommendations but I can't seen to tell if they are for relaxed or natural hair.

Please help.

Edited to add: Thanks ladies for your helpful responses. I'm adding a poll with the polpular ones you have recommended so far.

I use Roux moisture recovery protein packs and they work for me.

I use Motions CPR Protein Treatment, as directed. I consider it to be medium.

My favorite all time (mild) protein conditioner is Aubrey Organics GPB. I've been using it since 2000. It worked great on my relaxed hair, and it's continuing to work great on my transitioning (almost natural) hair.

I see the previous posters suggested what I would've and and I'm not relaxed anymore: joico k pak reconstructor and ORS hair mayo.

Aphogee 2 minute reconstructor works GREAT! with the added bonus of not drying my hair out.

That sounds interesting. I have and love porosity control. I'll be checking it out.

Aubrey's GPB
Joico
and regular ol' mayonnaise (Hellman's/Best Foods) = nice strong hair

I love Aubreys GPB as a light protein. It gives you just enough strength and no dry hair .

I actually used this because of you and I love it. Thanks for the recomendation. I've used it after shampoo and as directed. When I used it as directed, I noticed my shedding also decreased. I followed with ao hsr.
