What defines your curls without the hard feeling?

I've had really good results with Carol's Daughter Hair Milk.

It leaves my hair feeling so moisturized, and defines my curls while making them really soft.

My hair usually ends up looking really frizzy, because I can't keep my hands out of it when I use the Hair Milk! I recommend it. :)

Pretty much any good leave-in and the Hair Milk gives me the best curl definition too. Before I found the CD Hair Milk, I would just use leave-in conditioner by itself or with a little oil. But the Hair Milk keeps my curls really moisturized throughout the day.

thanks ladies. im going to look into hair milk. how is the consistency? my hair usually curls only with thick products. I wish I could just throw in a leave in and have defined curls.

To me it feels like a real creamy leave-in. Not too heavy though. And a little goes a loooong way.

Look no further! Get $3 and go to walmart. Go the the ethnic isle and get the long aid activator gel for extra dry hair. finger comb this through wet hair in sections. Give me you review afterward :) I have a thread on this.

why are you still reading?@!#??@ get up and get it!

I was wondering if Long Aid activator gel worked well on curls. My mother used to press my hair with Long Aid grease back in the day and I had very long hair back then. I guess you can't go wrong with the Long Aid brand.

Im try this tomorrow, I seen this as CVS and Kroger, because I'm almost out of the Fantasia IC gel, but I HATE the hard feeling.......but I'm too busy to care, I just gel it up and go....

:Raises hand like i'm in the 5th grade: Ooo Ooo Ooo I got one, lol, L.A. Styling Gel by Giovanni, its Organic too!

I use Kinky-Curly Curling Custard... the hair will feel stiff but then I just go over it with Coconut Oil and it's soft and defined... I need that stiff feeling to set the curl while it air dries but after the coconut oil it's all good... any oil will do... I also use Kinky-Curly gloss pomade to do that sometimes or EVOO or Avocado oil... whatever oil I can get my hands on.

Have you tried combining products? I have a friend who does. She takes the product that gives her curl definition and mixes with the one that keeps her hair soft and gets the best of both worlds. Don't ask me what she uses. I am so disinterested in finding out stuff I won't be using that I don't even remember. She's a PJ too so keeping up with her would give me a headache.
