Yes, it's in the shopping center where the Giant is ... you can enter via Pulaski Hwy or Rossville Blvd. It's where the old Golden Mall used to be. It's behind the Walmart, Sam's, but still connected in the same shopping center. Exit 37 i believe off of 695.
 
Great thread! Yesterday I pick up a Hot Tools ceramic hot air brush for 20 bucks . I got it from the Marshall's in Columbia Heights.

There's a Marshall's in Randallstown. I always go to the one at the Plaza. Hmmm Yall keep posting about this products at the discount stores and I'm on a no buy. Yall bout to make me relapse lol.
 
Yes- I went to TJ maxx and Marshalls and I saw the new Abba products. I wanted to get the color protect conditioner (formerly known as the creme masque) liter. I couldnt find it anywhere but Ulta and online for $30 (too much). I found it at TJ maxx for $15! So yeah...go to the discount stores cause u never know what you may find there.

I saw that Rusk Smoother and got it because one lady here does a Youtube on combout of stretched relaxer hair and recommends it. It's good stuff.
 
Check out ROSS too. I bought a litre of RUSK smoother leave-in Conditioner there yesterday for $7.99......Im in AZ but worth a peak in other states too!

I go to that one sometime too but I never noticed their hair products section. Do they have one?
 
Got my CHI Silk Infusion today!! :bouncy: It wasn't $8.99, but $14.99 and that's still a considerable discount!
