do they infuse it with silk or something? I've seen pictures afterward and I want to get it done, but no one that I know of does it in their salons in VA.
No they don't use any products, expect maybe a leave in. A good stylist will use a heat protectant though.
Below is my DIY Silk Press; Ingredients needed are:
1. One head of healthy natural hair
2. A dab of CHI Silk Infusion on each section of hair
3. Hot comb or Flat Iron
4. Expert technique with hot comb or flat iron.
