I was and I still am (w/severe shrinkage). I can rock a short looking fro or press it and have it go to bsl possibly lower.

Naturalness is a wonder in itself!

Me too. Here's a picture of me right after I cut my hair down to 1" and then a little more than 2 years later. (Sorry the pictures came out in reverse order.) But don't get discouraged. You'll get there.

Are any of these ladies relaxed? That's where all my inspiration comes from (not that natural hair isn't lovely in itself). I just need to see ladies who are relaxed and still manage to make it to BSL and beyond.
