Whacha mean "get it from a temple in India?"
Like, as in, go to India and cut temple- goers' hair off? Or the temple-goers sacrifice the hair and people just cop it?[/quote]

Hasn't this been discussed before?
IIRC, they get it from a temple in India and some of the people weren't even aware that their hair was being used for weave.

I believe that Indian people (Hindu?) cut all their hair off at least once in their lifetime. They may also cut their hair to receive a blessing or in gratitude for receiving a blessing. They go to the temple and their heads are shaved and no money is exchanged in the process. The temple then sells the hair to suppliers for p
ure profit.
If you are aware of this process and/or have ever been to India, this knowledge underscores the importance of washing any human hair before it is installed and sometimes disinfecting/de-licing it if it is virgin remy
what they said![]()
