I saw some in my local bss and the biggest were like an inch and a half:ohwell:........noooo, won't work. It was funny cuz they had like an inch and a half of dust on the package too:lachen:.....apparently no one rollersets their hair anymore, (IRL of course).

Anyway, how big do mesh rollers even come? I've never used them before but I need all the help I can get to cut down on drying time. Do they help with that? Any help is appreciated!

I have 2 inch ones by annie (white) but they aren't firm enough, my hair ends up in between the mesh somehow instead of wrapped around the roller so I don't use them. I use the next size down (pink) and secure them with clips and/or the roller covers that fit the purple magnetic rollers.

Poka. If you want to buy mine that would be great. I have the white and pink ones and several packages haven't been opened. Let me know.

Did you try them with the clips used on magnetic rollers? I was planning on buying the plastic mesh rollers and was going to use those clips because I don't like those pins pressing into my scalp....

Metro is your best bet. I would suggest using roller clips, magnetic snaps ons, or the long hair pins to secure them. The more hair u have, the less likely it is for those lil flimsy pins to work.

ETA: beautyofnewyork.com may be a bit cheaper than Metro.

As far as the Diane brand goes, they told me the largest they have are 2" (#543, white). I haven't heard from Annie or Burmax yet.
