Has anyone used ABBA Pure Moisture Conditioner?

Sure :). I use it in conjunction with the poo. After I shampoo, I slather on a bunch of the con on my scalp and work some down to the roots. I let it sit while I do other shower stuff. I then detangle lightly under the shower spray and rinse it all out.

I really like this con, b/c it makes the detangling process easier, b/c of it's GREAT scalp tingle, and b/c it leaves my hair soft. I DC after using it with a true deep conditioner, but I don't necessarily need to every week, b/c ABBA Pure Moisture moisturizes nicely, as well.

Thanks... you answered my next question which was if you use it as a DC.

I was in Ulta today and they had a sale on the liter bottles of shampoo and conditioner for Abba, Rusk, Biolage, and a couple of other brands. The PJ in me couldn't resist picking up the Abba conditioner and the Rusk Smoother Passionflower & Aloe (heard a lot of good stuff about this one). We'll see though...

I will be ordering the misture and color treated hair line in this brand and quite frankly, I don't think it gets the recognition it deserves. It is right up there with Joico but one of the differences in them is Abba is organic and has natural ingredients in it and that's really what I prefer anyway:yep:.

Oh yeah, the liter bottles that I mentioned are on sale for $12.49. Can't beat that.

Dag, I wish they had an Ulta around here. I got my liter for 15 at TJ Maxx.

ABBA is a great line. Once, when I picked it up off the store shelf, this other Black girl started raving about the product and how well it works on her color treated hair (she was motioning to another ABBA product, I forget which one).

I love the Pure Moisture (Formally, Moisture Scentsations) line.

I am just not always in the mood for the tinly feeling. :spinning:

I will have to check out Ulta for some liters. Is that the sale that started today?

I have a 20% off coupon for them, too!.

Pure Moisture is my staple poo and I love it. I've used the old Moisture Scensations condish and loved it, but not the Pure Moisture. However, if the Pure Moisture is like the Moisture Scensations then it should be great!

Not sure when it started or when it ends, but it was today (Sunday) that I went in there.

This conditioner is great. It works well for my hair and always leaves it soft, smooth and detangled. I sometimes mix this conditioner with honey and olive oil or coconut oil and use it as a hair treatment.

I have used many of the product lines from ABBA and loved them all. My only complaint would be that sometimes the Pure Moisture Conditioner leaves my hair "too soft" after I DC with it.

I use both the shampoo and conditioner. I love the ingredients and the results. it has transformed my hair. it's a great conditioner but isn't meant to be a deep conditioner tho. I used it as one in a pinch and got good results but wouldn't do it again. and, for reference, my hair is relaxed. I'm almost 10 weeks post and it still works like a charm. love it!

Do all of their products give that tingly feeling? I remember trying some back in the day and it wasn't exactly tingly but highly aromatic. I would love to have Abba be my go to for cleansing/conditioning but like you I don't always want to have the tingles.

No just the Pure Moisture does that. It has menthol in it, I believe. You feel like a coughdrop.

hmmm... I'm wondering then if it would be better as a co-wash/detangling condish? A liter is a whole lotta conditioner!

Ooooh this is an awesome problem for me to have when I'm stretching my relaxer:yep:.

Not for me it ain't. If I can get all my DCs in gallon size bottles for the same price I pay for two litre sizes, gallon sizes it would be as I love to DC my hair and my air loves it too AND I'm heavy-handed:yep::grin:.

Let me start by saying... I AM IN LOVE with this conditioner!

I decided to co-wash with it today while in the shower... gave great slip, but OMG... the tingles!! :lick: My scalp felt like a york peppermint patty!! :lachen:
I think I had multiple hairgasms right there in the shower!! :lachen:

My scalp was feeling so good and I was thinking... "ok, I can't stay in the shower all day long" :giggle: ... so I rinsed, then slathered some more on to continue conditioning when I got out. Once I got out, I applied some AO White Camellia condish on top of the ABBA and got underneath the steamer for 25 minutes. :brainfog:

I was in scalp-tingly-aromatherapy heaven! :yep:

After I steamed, I heated some EVOO and coconut oil in a plastic container and saturated my hair with it. So now I have the ABBA, AO White Camellia, and the oils in my hair. Got back in the shower and rinsed, then airdried with some NTM Silk Touch Leave-in along with Rusk Sensories Smoother Passionflower & Aloe Leave-in.... sealed with a little jojoba. My NG was soooo soft !! :yep:

I think this is gonna be my new reggie cuz my NG is something fierce!! :afro:

ABBA has definitely earned a permanent spot in the shower stall! :spinning:

Glad to Hear this has gotten Such Great Reviews. Because it is one of my Most Recent Acquisitions.:yep:

And when you're using lots of Protein, the More Moisture the Better, as a Follow-up.

Ladies how much is the abba pure moisture and condish

Depends on the size and where you purchase it from. I paid a little less than $15.00 for 6.7 oz.

I know there are some Ladies that said they found it at TJ Maxx? I know I've seen the Liters at Marshalls. But can't remember how much it cost or if it was the Pure Moisture or something else.:perplexed

I bought mine at a Salon Discount Beauty Product site. HTH
