Hey Girls!!!!

So - I wanted to share that I have used copius amounts of coconut oil on my hair in the last few days.....
I has been wonderful!!! OFF the Wall BLING!!!!

I don't really care about swing unless it is a special occasion, but - It seems that leaving ( rubbing ) in CO and waking up the next day produces lovely ( not so greasy) results!!!!
The other plus is that I have not felt the need to use a moisturizer.... no reversion!

You're welcome chica...i tell'ya if i were to be stranded on a desert island and could only take one hair product, EVCO is the one product i would choose; it' my hair's lifeline!

I too used CO for the first time yesterday while flat ironing my natural hair. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is non-greasy and leaves the hair so soft.

This will be a staple for me.

It's funny you should mention this. I re-discovered coconut oil. It never worked for my relaxed hair so I kind of gave up on it and would occasionally use it for a preshampoo treatment but I tried it on my flatironed/blowdried natural hair and it was great. It's pretty much what I use daily now.

I Love coconut oil. Last night I slathered it on and wrapped a hot, wet towel around my head for 30 min. OMG...when I took the towel off my hair had soaked in all of the coconut oil and was soooooo soft. I spent all day today petting my hair at work.

Hi ladies:
I just purchased EVCO from GNC. I have a two-story house where it gets hotter upstairs than downstairs. Unfortunately, I stored my coconut oil upstairs and it melted. Is it bad now? Does melting decrease its' effectiveness?
