What brand of Aloe Vera gel do you use?

Lily of the desert. Whole Foods and Vitacost.com has it (at a good cost). Aloe vera and distilled water make up the bulk of my daily sprtiz mixes. It keeps my hair very soft and hydrated.

The only one I see is the green gel one with lots of ingredients (many natural). Is this what is being used?- the type used for sun burns? OR is there a more natural brand that is used? I don't live in the US and so I can't get it at WF or other places right now.

Definitely Aubrey Organics Aloe Vera gel because it is a more pure form of Aloe...Smile.....I incorporate it into my hair and skin care regimens...It makes my hair and skin extra soft and healthy...smile....

I just want to let you know that the gel straight from inside the plant stinks to high heavens! I liked to believe that I have a strong stomach, but I was proven wrong.

I will say that the leaf I used was very long, so it was from an older plant. Maybe the young plants have a sweeter smell.

I will say that the leaf I used was very long, so it was from an older plant. Maybe the young plants have a sweeter smell.

I'm gonna have to prepare myself then...my mother cut one of them open and told me she thinks it spoiled cause there's a brown leakage from it...I haven't seen it yet but I'll inspect...

Big co-sign! I use the same brand and I love it. I use aloe vera juice and/or gel, rosewater glycerin and castor oil for my spritzes. I get all of my products from Whole Foods.

I picked up fruit of the earth first. Something told me to google the ingredients though.

I got to the first two and found they were toxic.
I never went on to open that bottle.
