I recently saw Mizani Scalp Pre-Poo Treatment on their website. The ingredients looked great to help combat dryness and stimulate the scalp.

I'm going to try this. Where did you get the nut oil and coltsfoot from?

Also, do I have the AVG?

TIA

Personally I co-wash with moisturizing conditioners (aussie moist or garnier fructis - my new staples) and I spray my scalp and hair with my own moisturizing mix of glycerin, silk amino acids, honeyquat, and water..talk about super moist scalp...

Thanks, what is coltsfoot by the way?

TIA

  • Organic Coltsfoot is a medicated herb with an abundance of natural plant sulfur, silicic and amino acids.
  • Organic Coltsfoot helps to heal dandruff, reduce scalp build up and is purported to strengthen the hair shaft adding sheen and elasticity.
  • Organic Coltsfoot also helps to regulate over productive sebaceous (sebum) glands whilst increasing elasticity of the skin & scalp. Coltsfoot stimulates collagen production which makes it excellent for an herbal hair spritz or final hair rinse infusion.
Horsetail, Coltsfoot and Nettle are known as the hair care trio because all 3 are VERY rich in minerals, especially silica.
Horsetail, Coltsfoot and Nettle leaf - excellent for hair care as they contain a high percentage of natural plant Silica and Cystine.

How will it help my hair & scalp?:
These ingredients help build and coat the hair shaft while nourishing the scalp.

my bff is relaxed and i just used qhemet biologics burdock root butter cream on her dry, itchy scalp, it was working better than the oil for her cause i made that same concoction. the oil works for me though

i have dry scalp too. i started using abba pure moisture shampoo and conditioner and haven't had any problems. i used to use keracare for dry and itchy scalp and that didn't help, so you can scratch that off the list (although it may work for you). good luck.
