I was just thinking about this for the people who take Biotin or other suppliments that change the diameter, strength or texture of your hair.
Let's say someone is taking Biotin for four months and then for some reason stops taking them for the next four months. Well, the hair that was growing while taking Biotin would be (hopefully) thicker than the hair that was not on the Biotin. This can be applied to MSM which has been known to make the texture less curly or kinky and there are probably some other minerals that apply.
I'm typing all of this to say that we often talk about the demarcation line or how your hair textures can be weak between touch-up applications with relaxed heads. But this also can apply for relaxed or natural ladies who use minerals for their hair and body. If you start off with one thickness and then stop and start again, then that would be alot of change in texture and could cause your hair to be weaker between those points of going on and off vitamins. This could be a reason why some people have breakage and we can't pin point the reason cause' everything else they seem to be doing is right.
Example: ___ ___ _________
So, to say all of this I want to remind people to make sure they are consistent when they take vitamins or at least be very careful when manipulating your hair because of the switch in hair textures.
