If I can achieve this I will be HAPPY --- But I need Your Help

Ok so I been going back and forth and reading a lot about coloring hair. I hadn't found an exact color or look I wanted so I been holding off until today. I found two dream colors I would love. Can anyone suggest possible haircolors I use to get this result and which do you guys like best? I would just be coloring the top layer as my bottom ones are already a good color. I'm leaning more towards the 1st one.

I'm loving the 1st one, but my bottom layers are only slightly darker than Kelis's so I don't know if it would match with the red. I also have the front of my hair cut similar to the 1st pic. I neeeeeed to know what color that is.
