After reading all the threads about BT, i finally ordered some (Thx StillALady!) and I just put on my first application about an hour ago. I read that a little goes a long way, so I didn't apply much...and then I massaged my scalp all over for even distribution. Isn't it supp to tingle though?? And I didn't smell ANYTHING! LOL Maybe it's just me, but I thought the smell was really strong?? Not a problem, shoot, but just wondering! lol But how can I get the most benefits?? I really want this to work!!

I don't feel tingling either. I think it thickened my edges. I can't be sure since I'm usingother thinks as well. But I ot so many compliments on my hair that I'm getting four members of my family started on it.

I've been using it for the past couple of weeks, and I never felt tingling. Since I applied it daily for the past week without washing, a friend of mine mentioned that my hair didn't smell so good yesterday. lol

Hell! I know that MTG stunk to me, but so far I don't smell anything in BT! But I'm afraid folk are going to be talking about me in the office if they smell it!!

I'm interested to see how people are using it too...I bought mine last year (when I really wasn't serious about taking care of my hair...just lurking:perplexed) and never really used it because I did the same thing you did and my hair was too greasy. I was also trying to get used to the smell. I'm trying to use it up now and incorporate it into my regi. I figure now that I'm washing/co-washing 2x's a week that I'll get better results...I think? I also think if I apply it with my fingers instead of pouring it straight from the bottle that would work better too...I just want long hair:rolleyes:

(Everyone seems to be on the MT/OCT thing now...and I need to finish this before I jump on that...my name is ckn and I'm a product junkie)

I had the scented kind so mine smells very citruisy(i know i made that up), but I learned quick just to use a little bit so it wont run and be greasy. Some people say that when it tingles your hair is growing, or you may be sensitive to sulphur.
