Try starting at the the Ayurveda support thread, it's already bumped. Also try typing in Ayurveda in the search box. There you will find a wealth of information on the subject. PLEASE read the entire threads!!! I can't stress this enough, it's time consuming but it's worth it to avoid a setback from using the products incorrectly HTH.
