I want to purchase the Ovation starter kit but...

After hearing about the many mishaps of delivery, I don't know if I want to try and order it from the online site or through FedEx. Is there a way to purchase Ovation and not have to worry about it getting "lost" in the mail? Or am I just treading on dangerous water?

Hi: You should know that Ovation's website is not secure. I started a thread about it a few weeks ago. Unless they've made some changes recently, I would not enter my credit card information there...be advised.

The Ovation store is secure (https)..the other pages dont appear to be....

Nope, I just checked it. It's still not secure...which indicates that they're irresponisble and have no regard their customer's sensitive information. And as a consumer, I have choices and I choose not to do business with folks who are reckless.

However, they do accept PayPal and the PayPal site is secure.

Thanks for the heads up. I will definitely use PayPal since they offer it; wow, I didn't know that they were that irresponsible
